Step 1   Confirm the Order


When receiving the customer's order, we will determine the design style, and select the sheet material, hardware accessories, edge banding material. Then. All the raw material will be delivered to the production workshop.

Step 2   Raw Material Quality Inspection


Our company has established long-term cooperative relations with superior suppliers. Every raw material has undergone strict quality inspection. The acceptable raw material will be properly placed in the warehouse. Before starting production, we will carry the second out quality inspections.

Step 3   Cutting 


Precisely cutting the sheet material is the most critical first step. By introducing advanced production equipment-Electronic Saws, we can complete this step perfectly. After receiving the drawing size, our well-trained worker will enter the required data on the computer, and the machine will automatically cut the sheet material accurately. Human-machine integrated operation. High cutting precision. High speed.

Step 4   Edge Banding


High-quality PVC edge banding material has the characteristics of strong adhesion, good durability, no color fading, no whitening, no unpleasant odor. Its small color difference makes the furniture look uniform and beautiful.

Making use of automatic edge banding machine, we can trim the edge banding precisely into a more aesthetic one at a high speed.

Step 5   Six-sided CNC Drilling


The six-sided CNC drilling shows high degree automation. It drills six holes with high accuracy and speed at one time (front and back holes. four side holes). In the whole process, manual turning is not needed. It is suitable for processing all kinds of artificial boards and solid wood boards.

Step 6   Semi-mechanical and Semi-manual Assemly

 

After completing all the mechanical processing,  the sheet material and hardware accessories are assembled together into a complete piece of furniture, by manual-machanical and semi-manual assemly.

Afterwards, professional workers conduct quality inspections on the finished products to check whether each piece of furniture is intact. Passing the inspection, the products will be carefully packed for later transportation.
